I did it!
Yes I did, I got my nose pierced.
It is cute and tiny–I don’t even think you could see it from across the room since I’m freckly anyway. I picked out a lavender sparkly but we’ve had differing opinions on actual color. It seems to pick up the light of whatever is around.
Yes it hurt, quite a bit during the procedure but that is only all of ten seconds, tops. Then the adrenaline kicked in and I got all hyper and happy (I even forgot to tip the guy, I had to go back LOL). It ached for around an hour, then it was fine. The guy said I bled a lot more than most people, but I never saw any blood at all. Now, the next day, I can barely feel it.
So if you want to do it and you’re scared, just do it–the pain is intense but super brief, far less painful overall than my tattoos.

Ooh. Cool. Nose piercings are so awesome looking. And, hey, I started out with an amethyst stone too. Now I have a sterling spiral.
It was my favorite piercing, until I got my tongue done. Now, that one I felt!! But it’s worth it ’cause it’s so much fun.

Ooooh, yeah I want pics!! How fun!! I love mine, I’m so glad I did it but I’m done. The tongue piercing thing freaks me out. **shudder**
