Thursday Thirteen

1. Goldfish (the crackers, not the actual animal). Lots of goldfish and crumbs of goldfish-that-were. |
The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is encouraged! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun! Be sure to update your Thirteen with links that are left for you, as well! I will link to everyone who participates and leaves a link to their 13 things. Trackbacks, pings, comment links accepted!

What a great idea for TT! I’m sure most of those things are in my van right now!

Being a mom, I get every one of them–except Buddha. ‘Splain, please!

Gina–I almost wrote “some find Jesus, I find Buddha” but I figured it might be a bit tasteless LOL. I have a little Buddha figurine in the car, for peace and luck while driving because I drive 2 hours a day and let me tell you, it is not pretty out there
He had gone missing and I found him rolling about happily.

Unbelievable! Good thing you cleaned it all out!

Wow, two hours a day driving, blah. Audio books are the only way I cope when I have to drive a lot.
Thanks for visiting, and yeah add me if you’d like. It was nice talking with ya. Feel free to pop by my author site to and say hi.

That almost sounds like my purse!

I banned food in my car for just this reason, and if the kids leave papers in it, the papers get thrown out if they’re still there when I’ve asked twice for them to be taken away.
I’m NOT nice when it comes to my car. It’s my baby!

There was so much junk in my van, when we got rid of it and bought a car, we didn’t have room for everything. Great list!
September 13th, 2007 at 1:50 pm
Ew, yeah, somethings in my van are indistinguishable… *wince* drives DH crazy!
September 13th, 2007 at 2:26 pm
Buddha, I don’t drive, but if I had a car Buddha and Yemaya would most definitely be found in it!
Along with an ankh and Gaia firgurine hanging from my rearview mirror.
Congrats on making it through the clean-out.
Always glad to find another writer.
Happy TT,

Somehow, we always find a ton of McDonald’s and Burger King toys. Why don’t they ever make it out of the car?
September 13th, 2007 at 4:55 pm
Lord…I’m afraid to look in my van. I usually get in it, drive, get out, drive and come home. I rarely look in the back seat for fear of seeing something growing! Two boys and a dog make for a very dirty car!
September 13th, 2007 at 5:23 pm
Hee hee hee! I’m afraid on my next clean-up I’ll find new lifeforms and a geo-thermo nuclear device!
September 13th, 2007 at 5:38 pm
I find goldfish constantly, too! They should just make the inside of cars orange. LOL!

Interesting…just so interesting.

*LOL* I wouldn’t dare post this list!

Holy cow (no offense, Buddha!) — are you sure you weren’t cleaning out my Suburban?
September 14th, 2007 at 5:52 am
LOL. There are always so many clues about when you’re a mom!
September 14th, 2007 at 7:44 am
Interesting what things you find when you clean out the car, eh? Fun list!
