Man, I have the “too much to dos” something fierce.

I bought a nifty fake bamboo plant for my day job office, and all my cats want to do is EAT IT. They MUST eat it. They cannot stay away. Little addicts. One jumped higher than I’ve ever seen him jump just for a bite of plastic. Freaks.

I made pie last night, but I ran out of sugar and wound up using confectioner’s. It came out okay, a bit too moist and poofy for the recipe but okay. Surprisingly, I also saved the potatoes that were insisting on both sticking to the pan and not cooking through. All in all, I feel the meal was a success, heh.

I remain amazed at how much of life is in the details. And how I can ramble on in a blog post without saying much.
