Blogging in my PJs

Aw yeah.

I sincerely hope that this is my last day of feeling sick, because if not, I’m gonna have to stabby someone. Seriously, I’m done.

In other news, we watched this crazy movie called The Watcher in the Woods last night–does anyone besides me and vivid_cognition remember that movie? It was Disney’s horror attempt, and as a kid it scared the bejeezus out of me. Watching it as an adult didn’t do the movie justice, except that there was an alternate ending! With aliens! Seriously, worst graphics ever and there is a reason they cut it out, LOL. But it was hilarious to re-watch and remember all those nightmares I had as a kid. I was a sensitive child, it appears.

I’m going to feel better, damnit, because this is my spring cleaning time of year. Imbolc is coming up tomorrow, which is nothing more (to me) than a cross-quarter day between Yule and Ostara but it is a great time to purify and clean out things that have been stuffy and shut down all winter. Today I’m tackling the kitchen–I heard if you put your burner grates in a bag with some ammonia all the icky grease comes off, so that is my grand experiment of the day. But first, a little work on Danny/Jacob which has been sadly neglected the last week (I had set a due date of, uh, last Monday for myself, but with the plague I had to put it off. A few more days of work and it is done, so I’m putting nose to grindstone!)
