Bad writing habits

GAH, I am about to kick my own ass!

I’m re-tooling a manuscript and I keep finding this:

“So, blah blah”
“Well, blah blah”
“Oh, blah blah”

OMG, so annoyed at myself. Also, the word just needs to walk the plank (guess which novel, lol). Die just, die!

Also, I’ve been over this manuscript easily a dozen times, and it is truly sad how much more there is to fix. I think I have a typo blind spot or something. Thank heaven for detail-oriented crit partners!
