Random…
I get it. I will stop that thing I’ve been doing that isn’t working. STOP IT I say. Sigh, some habits are hard to break, man, especially when they are such a part of who you are inside.

I will also be careful about flax seed, because ow, that stuff is painful. Just sayin’.

Crafty…
I have completed a crochet project and slightly over halfway completed another but I can’t post either because they are surprises! I’m also making round two of lavender lemonade by request, and I just saw my lavender has put on a bunch of new leaves for spring so it should be muy tasty. And this time, the husband is squeezing the lemons.

Fatshion…
Yesterday, I put on different earrings than the ones I usually wear, and three people asked me why I was all “dressy.” Shows how often I get fancy, doesn’t it? I’m actually on the verge of a closet purge–there’s some stuff I keep just because I *might* need to dress fancy for something. I go nowhere like that, though, so I’m thinking a couple dresses can go. I’m waffling over a suit though-it is a great interview outfit but on the other hand, I never wear it and it has gotten a bit large since I last wore it and it isn’t as flattering as it once was.

Have I mentioned how hard it is to find the right bra? Bah. Bras are like my nemesis. I’m tempted to switch to body shapers, except for the whole snap-crotch thing which never works for me (my wedding, snaps flying open, ‘nough said). But I do hear Spanx have a “gusset” instead, which I had never heard of, so I might check those out when I get some money not going to my small road trip (ROAD TRIP! Yay!). Also they’re called Spanx, how can I resist?

Fandom…
Rumors are flying about Dr. Horrible’s sing-along blog. Can’t wait to see it up and running!

Also the second Serenity comic came out Wednesday and I don’t have a copy. TRAVESTY!

My copy of Super Paper Mario *broke* halfway through play. ANOTHER TRAVESTY! Luckily, Nintendo is going to fix it.

**edit: Peter Sagal is one of my favorite NPR dudes ever. Read/Listen to this, in case you are skeptical that he is, in fact, the coolest and funniest. Nice work, Mr. Sagal.

Writing…
My goals for January through March were half-met, which is good, but I’m kind of flailing between projects. I’m not sure where to focus my energies, and I’m not sure how to gain that clarity. I imagine all will become clear if I just keep moving forward, though.
