Busy Busy

Amazing how the bulk of summer goes by in lazy nothingness then the last three weeks are major busy! School supplies, closets to clean out, orientations and pre-classes and planning carpools and getting everybody ready for their first days back.

I remember loving the first day of school, but I don’t think my kids feel the same way, lol. Whatever, nerds rule. Besides, this is the one time of year I get to indulge my office supply fetish. Woo!

Meanwhile, I’m perusing knitting classes and writing locations and day job things to do that I can do again! Yay free time during the day! I’m looking forward to the rest of my grownup life again I don’t think you really realize how much your life changes with children until you have them.

My day job continues at a good clip with only a slight slow down. With the economy the way it is, I can’t complain about the extra work at all.

It all adds up to a busy busy me, which isn’t bad at all.
